She moved to Bali drawn by its beauty, its energy, and its potential. What started as a personal passion for creating exceptional spaces grew into a full boutique management operation — combining heartfelt hospitality with smart strategy.
Together with her team of marketing, listing, and hospitality experts, Rosa ensures every villa in the portfolio stands out, operates seamlessly, and delivers results that compound over time.
Rosa is also the founder of Stars Frequencies — a practice dedicated to retreats, sound healing, and ceremonies. Both ventures share the same foundation: creating experiences that restore, awaken, and deeply connect.
