Our Dutch founder established Roses & Stars in Bali. With an MBA in Business Management and a strong background in luxury hospitality and event coordination, she built this company around a simple belief: every stay has the power to restore, awaken, and deeply connect.
She moved to Bali drawn by its beauty, its energy, and its potential. What started as a personal passion for creating exceptional spaces grew into a full boutique management operation — combining heartfelt hospitality with smart strategy.
Together with a team of marketing, listing, and hospitality experts, we ensure every villa in the portfolio stands out, operates seamlessly, and delivers results that compound over time.
Our founder also runs Stars Frequencies — a practice dedicated to retreats, sound healing, and ceremonies. Both ventures share the same foundation: creating experiences that restore, awaken, and deeply connect.

Our founder is a Dutch entrepreneur based in Bali since 2021, with an MBA in Business Management and a background in luxury hospitality and event coordination. Roses & Stars was built to offer villa owners a more personal, performance-driven alternative to larger management companies.

Yes. Our team lives and works in Bali. We are not a remote management company — we are on the ground, available seven days a week between 7 am and 9 pm Bali time.
What is the relationship between Roses & Stars and Stars Frequencies?+
Both were founded by the same person. Stars Frequencies (starsfrequencies.nl) is a spiritual wellness practice in Amsterdam — truffle ceremonies, sound healing, and retreats. The two businesses are separate but share the same founding values.
